FAQ’s
What is The Bridge Town Ball?
The idea for the Bridge Town Ball originated from a discussion about organising a Regency-style ball. Rather than striving for complete historical accuracy, we aimed to make it inclusive and enjoyable for all.
The ball will consist of a live band, professional photographer, dancing, a charity raffle, games and so much more!
Who can come?
The Bridge Town Ball is for everyone! We just want you to be in love with the Regency style as much as we are.
Is the event accessible?
Yes! The event is hosted in a spectacular ballroom on the first floor with lift access and accessible toilets on both ground and first floors.
Please do email us with any concerns you may have.
What is the Dress Code; Do I have to make my own outfit?
Bridgerton Inspired – roughly covering Georgian era (Think Queen Charlotte) right up to the Regency Period (Jane Austen, and Bridgerton)
But we would love to see where your imagination takes you!
There is no better time than now to make a start on your dream Regency outfit, but remember that you don’t have to do it from scratch. You can always upcycle or recycle an old outfit, or even create a stunning accessory to pair with it. We would love for you to craft a part of your outfit but whatever you decide to do, the most important thing is that you feel amazing in it!
Will there be food and drink?
You will be treated to a refreshing glass of prosecco or non alcoholic alternative on arrival and we have a fully stocked bar available throughout the evening. If you wish, you are most welcome to bring an ‘evening picnic’ complete with napkins & utensils but please refrain from bringing your own drinks.
Cancellation policy?
All tickets purchased are non-refundable.
You’re welcome to sell or pass on your ticket if you can no longer attend. Please email us to let us know.
Will I receive a physical ticket and will I need to bring it with me on the day?
